What a week to remember at Woodlands Resthome as we celebrated Peter’s incredible milestone—his 100th birthday! 🎉
The week leading up to the big event was a busy one for Peter with several interviews for the local papers, allowing Peter to share his remarkable stories and experiences.
His family joined us for our monthly Birthday Bash and the festivities were made all the more memorable with a special visit from the Army to honour his service.
He also received congratulatory cards from King Charles & Queen Camilla, as well as Prime Minister Chris Luxon
